What is a tiny home and is it right for me?
Tiny homes, up to 50m2, are mobile structures classified as caravans. Our tiny homes are constructed on engineered 4.5T rated aluminum trailers and steel frames, this enables occasional relocation, providing modern, comfortable living spaces and amenities. Tiny homes suit diverse needs, catering to individuals, couples, families, or as guest accomodation. They can also function as rental property or Air BnB, generating income.
Do I need council approval for a tiny home?
Tiny homes that are built on a trailer are often exempt from council regulations as they are classed as caravans.
How to purchase a tiny home from us?
To initiate the process, simply browse through our range of tiny homes and submit an order inquiry via our website or give us a call. Once you’ve finalised any customisations and made a deposit, we’ll begin building your home. While build times may vary, our goal is to complete it within 8-12 weeks.
Transport and Delivery of my tiny home?
As your tiny home nears completion, our team will reach out to schedule a delivery date and address any queries. Please note that delivery fees are quoted for each project. We work with a third-party delivery service, or you can arrange transport independently. Installation is available for an extra fee, quoted individually for each project.
Services, waste and power for my tiny house?
Power: Our tiny homes can be plugged in with a standard 15 amp inlet plug or you can choose to have your tiny home hardwired by a qualified electrician. Solar options are also available, with quotes provided for each individual project.
Water: It’s easy to connect your tiny home to water with a regular hose connection.
Toilets: We offer both composting or standard toilets. Contact us to discuss which options suit your needs
What is the wait time for a tiny home?
After finalising your tiny home details and paying your deposit, we aim to complete construction within 8-12 weeks. You’ll receive regular updates throughout the build process.
